WHAT ARE THE 2024 LATA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP COSTS?
- Calendar Year 2024 Membership Fee (1/1-12/31): $35
- 1/2 Year 2024 Membership Fee (7/1-12/31): $25
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH MY LATA MEMBERSHIP?
- Added to Sub List for all Tennis Leagues
- Challenge Ladder - including all Challenge Ladder tournaments and Ladder activities
- Access to our LATA website, the hub for all membership directories, activities and registrations
- Many planned social activities, functions and gatherings, such as a pool party, picnic and/or year end holiday party
- Newsletters, social media and communications of all LATA related activities, results, member profiles and more
WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL COSTS?
- Tennis Leagues: Prices vary by league, format and location
- Tournaments: Inter/national and Club tournaments planned throughout the year, costs vary
- Cups: Each Cup will set a 'tryout' fee and if selected, a final 'team' fee
- Additional Tennis Activities: Various activities including drills, clinics, social drop in, will be offered throughout the year
- Social Activities: Many will be included with your membership, 'special' events may be planned with a fee to cover costs
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:
- You must re-register (calendar year-annually) for 2024 LATA Membership to stay active
- If you want to play a league, join membership first, go back to join the League(s) of your choice
- Subbing for all leagues and Challenge Ladder are FREE, included with your 2024 membership. You will have the option to 'Opt In/Out' on the Membership Registration page

TENNIS LEAGUES:
- We are planning a full slate of monthly and year-round tennis, new league formats, at various locations, days and times
- Any questions, contact League Director at leaguetennis@lataweb.com
RANKING DAY:
- Our Initial new Member Ranking Day Event is scheduled early January after the 'Drills N Frills' drills clinic. Other ranking options will be available throughout the year
- A ranking is not required to be an LATA member, however you will need a ranking to play in leagues, ladder and LATA tournaments
CHALLENGE LADDER:
- A full year of Challenge Ladders and Ladder Tournaments are planned, open to all members who 'opt-in' during the membership registration process
TOURNAMENTS:
- Many LATA sponsored and GLTA hosted tournaments are planned throughout the year.
- LATA sponsored tournaments include our Club and TWiNN tournaments.
- GLTA/LATA hosted tournaments include LA Open and Long Beach Doubles tournament
CUPS:
- A full slate of 'CUPS', organized team events for all LATA members and all levels, offer club tournaments competing against other West Coast Clubs.
- Tryouts typically begin spring/summer. Tournament 'host cities' rotate annually, summer/fall
- Costs vary per Cup and tournament
